Happy Hour and Drink Specials: 4:00pm-6:00pm; $2 rum and cokes (all day, everyday), $2 margaritas. Try their version of a Long Island Ice Tea, Costa Rican Style called the Blue Manta ($6).

Food Specials: Chef specials change periodically depending on local resources.

Food: American based cuisine with Costa Rican influence:  Amazing Cheeseburger and hot wings, everything is house made from salad dressings to fresh baked bread from the local bakery, french fries and chips are cut fresh daily. La Manta is getting a rep for having the best salad in town.  Enjoy a huge dish of fresh and flavorful salads with optional chicken, shrimp or fish.  They also have some great pasta dishes along with  Tex/mex influence with burritos, crunchy tacos and baja soft tacos and not to mention fresh ceviche.

Deserts:  Great pies cooked in house including: Chocolate pie, keylime pie, tempura cheesecake, etc.

High Def Projection Screen – Surf sessions taped daily and played at night.  Video and still shot packages for sale.  Surf Video’s $20 and package and individual surf still shot packages for $35.  Occasional movie nights with new releases and classics.

Saturday night dance parties with local DJ’s – Reggatone music and club music all night.
